Good day,
We purchased a refurbished Symmetra PX 40K system from an UK company and we've installed it in Switzerland. What I can see however is that while the system is perfectly working, it is not set to the correct output voltage in use in Switzerland, that is three-phase 230V AC. It is instead outputting 240+ V which wouldn't be a problem per-se, if not that I keep on getting "An input voltage problem is preventing a switch to bypass mode".
I looked everywhere in the Web configuration and in the Telnet console but nowhere I can find a way to set the output voltage, could somebody tell me how to set this?
This is what can be read about voltages in the status page:
Input Voltage: | 227.5 | 229.4 | 229.1 VAC [Phase L1 | L2 | L3] |
Output Voltage: | 239.7 | 240.2 | 240.1 VAC [Phase L1 | L2 | L3] |
Any help would be deeply appreciated!
Thanks,
Giorgio

Can you find a "bypass limits" setting, perhaps under configuration->power settings? If possible, I'd decrease the lower limit so the input voltage stays within the bypass window.

This configuration is done with the PowerView-display on the UPS front.
you need to change system voltage from 415V to 400V.

Thanks for the hint Patrik but unfortunately the front unit says:
Output voltage can only be changed on international UPSs.
This is self explanatory, any idea on how can the unit be told that it has to be an international version?
