Symmetra 80Kw UPS and PDU. Bypass voltage thresholds??

This was originally posted on APC forums on 7/24/2012

What threshold does the UPS generate the following error?
An input voltage or frequency problem prevents switching to bypass mode.

I know what it means but what internal threshold is met to generate the alert? It looks like when it get to 107 Volts or below. Is this correct?

What threshold for a 600V feed into the APC PDU 5103 would cause an alert to the UPS attached the PDU. Below 500 Volts, 550, or 575?
