Smart UPS SUA 1500i operation problem

Dear Friends,

                  My UPS APC SUA 1500i smart UPS was connected to 2 PCs. It was showing only 16% on

the load indicator (on the left most side) and there was 4 LEDs lit on the right most side showing the battery

charge. Suddenly UPS stopped functioning and all LED lights on the left most and right most side started to blink.

Those are the lights showing output load and Battery charge respectively. 2 No.s of 12 v 17 ah internal batteries

are installed within. UPS was getting power from the main outlet.

What can be the cause of this symptom ? Please help.

Hi Jayan - 

Sorry to hear about your issue. Where they blinking in unison, or were they scrolling top to bottom? Also , do you have the serial number of your UPS?
