Hi,
I have AVR Trim function always Active, but line voltage is always OK.
Powerchute values:
Line Voltage 275,0 VAC
Output Voltage 243,3 VAC
Measured values:
Measured Line Voltage = 232 VAC
Measured Output Line Voltage = 205 VAC
High Transfer Voltage is set to 265 VAC
Output Voltage is set to 240 VAC
I think AVR circuit can't read true value.
Is there any trimmer resistor on the pcb to fix it?
or
can I set High Transfer Voltage value > 265VAC to align read vs true Voltage values?
or
can I disable completely AVR function?
Thanks
