I have a UPS SURTD5000XLI which stopped with LEDs flashing like this:
Fault LED + 1st and 2nd Battery LED from top to bottom
Does anyboby know the meaning of these error codes?
I really appreciate your help

Joe,
The fault code means Logic Power Supply Fault. Did the UPS dropped the load as well? Have you tried turning the UPS off/on?

Yes, it dropped the load. I tried off/on several times but nothing changed. Even if i set it in bypass mode the result is the same.
