SURT8000XLT shutdown after a power outage

This was originally posted on APC forums on 1/9/2020

Today, after a rapid power outage, our UPS didn't hold the load and shut everything down.

Looking at the NMC logs, I couldn't find anything relating to this issue, it's like nothing happened.

It's the first time this happened, the batteries are new and are all charged up.

I did a test after this problem, unplugged the UPS from mains, and it worked normally.

Is there a scenario that this can happen, or should I be worried that our UPS is bad? Maybe if the input voltage were too high or too low?

Thank you!
