Hi Omar,

It is a possibility that the batteries are bad. However, I can not guarantee that replacing the batteries will fix the issue. We can take the voltage of the batteries using a volt meter. You can just check the status of each pack by testing it at the Anderson connector. When they are fully charged they should be about 110 volts. LEt me know what you get.

Hi Omar,

This decodes to  a battery charger fault. This could either be bad batteries or a malfunction in the charging mechanism. Do you know how old the batteries are? Do you have batteries from a similar unit that we can borrow to see if the batteries are the culprit?

It is from 2011 or 2012 i don't know exactly.  Unfortunately I don't have any extra batteries to test  do you think that i have to change the batteries?
