SNMP DA807

Hello,

 

I'm having some trouble with our UPS.

Because of a bad configuration on the network card, we can't access the web interface anymore thus can't reconfigure anything on it.

Is there any chance we can reset the network card?

Our network card is a SNMP DA807 with two ports : one RJ45 and one USB.

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query. I am sorry to hear about this, would you happen to know the color of the PCB and the serial number?

 

I have included the user manual and software that we are using in configuring the E3SOPT001 which is the card for our Easy UPS 3-Phase Units.

Hello,

 

The problem here is that i can't reach the web interface.

I managed to enable the SSH connection and was wondering if the option "Reset Configuration to Default & Reboot" reset only the SNMP card or not?

A point to add : the reset didn't seem to erase the certificate configuration and no possible way to do it via SSH.
