I have a SMX1500RM12U that is currently stuck in calibration mode. The firmware of the UPS is UPS 03.8 / COM 03.8 (11 - 5).
The powerchute software shows the UPS is performing a runtime calibration.
The software has said this for the past month or so.
I've restarted the APC services.
I've run a further calibration, but the software contiues to show this alert. I've attached snipits of the PBE console and web interface.
I am using the PBE console version 9.2.
Any help in clearing this warnign would be appreciated.

The serial number of the UPS is AQ1140212712.

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you brain dead the unit the message will clear. See FAQ FA156611 for instruction on how to brain dead a SMX1500.
What is the serial number of the SMX? You will find the serial number on the bar code sticker on the back of the unit.
