I have an SMT 1000 connected via USB to my WIN8/64 system.
In the past I have accessed the admin panel in a browser using http://127.0.0.1:3052/..
But the browser now responds with an "Unable to connect" error message.
I believe I was still on Win7 when last I accessed the admin panel via the browser.
Any suggestions?

You can also try https://127.0.0.1:6547 or instead of the loopback, try the IP of the system (and you of course need to do that if you're on a different machine).
If that doesnt work, you'll want to go to the machine where the PowerChute Business Edition Agent is installed and view the running services via Administrative Tools->Services and verify the APC PBE Agent is present and actually running.

Thank you kindly for comment
Turns out I had had to reinstall the OS, and had forgotten to reinstall PowerChute.
It's running now, though I cannot update to V9.1 from V8.5 due to V9.1 not finding the unit on the USB.
But it functions and thats good
