Hello we have a APC 1500VA Smart UPS SMC1500-2UC rack x 2. About a month ago it started beeping on and off all day for about a minute then stops. On the displays it has a exclamation mark and says "see manual". What could be the issue? One unit is a little older and the screen stays on all the time. The other turns off after awhile. I thought that it was the battery. I replaced it and it still beeps. I'm guessing both of them are doing it. Load wise it's not being over powered. Both have a battery icon with a "X". Top one I just replaced the battery. Anyone know what the issue is?
