We just replaced batteries for SILCON40KH UPS with EXTERNAL BATTERIES ( 2 x 32 Blocks of 12V/45AH). After, the starting up normally, the unit intermittently goes to Internal Bypass, please advise. Charging Voltage is 399VDC but Alarm indicates Battery Failure. The replaced battery banks measured at 404VDC and 403VDC respectively, so we are surprised why UPS indicates Battery Failure. We checked Battery Fuses and MCCB and they are all OK. One more thing, we noticed charging current randomly fluctuates from 5A to 0A, not stable considering these are newly replaced fresh batteries.
