Runtime Calibration Status- Invalid Calibration

I am working with a fairly new install of a Symmetra PX 40K and ISX Central. I configured some thresholds within ISX Central for the UPS. Specifically, I added Other State Sensor Thresholds -> Alert State Thresholds -> Runtime Calibration Status. The current reading is "Invalid Calibration."

I guess that the 2+ hr runtime I see with ISX Central does not match some other runtime estimate. I was told the runtime was about 16 minutes during installation.

I think the value for Runtime Calibration Status should be somethig other than Invalid Calibration, like maybe OK, or Valid Calibration.

Anybody know where to go from here?

fbowrys,

I believe 'Invalid Calibration' is the current status because no manual calibration has ever been performed on the UPS.

The ISX Central just reads all the status and sensor values from the UPS at a regular interval. So this is the latest status that it has seen from this 3phase UPS. I am not extremely familiar with the 3phase UPS end of things to tell you whether a initial calibration is recommended/necessary, but that is probably why it's still saying invalid calibration.

The calibration most likely has alot to do with how much runtime is being reported. I would assume a successful calibration would also update the runtime available to be closer to the 16 minutes you were told. Or maybe you just have far less load than was anticipated at the time of install.
