Replace SU2200RMXL3U Connector plugs

Hello,

I was just given eight SU2200RMXL3U from another group in the same division that I work in. The batteries have just recently been replaced and the units are in great condition. However, for whatever reason the guys who packed them up to ship them to me removed all of the connector plugs in the back. It took us a while to figure out how they went from production to won't-turn-on. Once we discovered the missing plugs, we re-tested using a plug from another SU2200RMXL3U and lo and behold they all work just fine with the plug. It seems this plug is some sort of jumper to connect multiple battery packs together.

No one seems to know where the plugs for these 2200's went to. Therefore, if I want to put these to use (which I do) I need to get replacement plugs. However, searching through the manuals and looking at the devices themselves leads to no part numbers or anything. I was unable to find these parts being sold anywhere, but then again all I have are generic descriptive terms.

http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=su2200rmxl3u
If you look at the link above, on the back side you will see a blue connector port on the left hand side of the rear picture. The part I am looking for is just a little blue box that fits in that port.

Does anyone know where I can get the part number or replacement parts?

Thanks for your time and help!

That plug is strictly for the use of external battery packs and should have no effect on the functionality of the unit itself. There are no "plugs" that you can just stick in there, so I'm not sure what you put there in order to get the units to start working... Were the internal batteries purchased from APC?
