Hi,
This is my first post and really have no idea how to troubleshoot this.
On the Door 1 & Handle 1 on the pod is on Red light.
Can anyone tell me the steps by steps to troubleshoot the connections?
On the Netbotz Advanced View The access pod is showing but only displaying Reader 1 and Reader 2
No Doors and Handles displayed. 😞
