Hi
Using this software in the UK and the time it reports after an event is incorrect, does the Personal Edition not support changing the time zone, quite a basic requirement really ??
Thanks

Nick,
PowerChute Personal Edition pull the date and time from the system clock. Example: I am in the U.S. in the Eastern time zone. I installed PCPE on Windows 7 home edition with the system clock set the (UTC -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) I turned the power off the the UPS and restored after 60 seconds. PCPE reported the outage at 10:07. I then changed the system clock to (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London and restarted the system. After restarting I turn the power of the the UPS and restored after 60 seconds. PCPE reported the outage at 15:13
Hope this info helps.
