Since installing Powerchute Network Shutdown v3.1 on Server 2012 R2 hyper-V we have the following problem:
Whenever the hyper-V server is shutdown the VMM service does not seem to pause the virtualized servers properly.
EventId: 7043, System, Service Control Manager - The Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management service did not shut down properly after receiving a preshutdown control
Anyone else noticed this, more importantly any known solution?

Hi,
is PCNS triggering the OS shut down or is this after you initiated shutdown/reboot? If PCNS is triggering the shutdown, is VM shutdown enabled?
