Powerchute 9.1.1 on centos7 with Smart UPS 2200 SUA2200RMI2U

Hi,

We have two Smart UPS 2200VA SUA2200RMI2U (http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=sua2200rmi2u&tab=models)

We downloaded Powerchute Businesss Edition SFPCBE911, and installed it on a Centos7 machine, the applications starts but we're getting "lost communication error", we tested with USB and Serial the same error appears.

What does mean "[M11ComponentManagerThread] ERROR - [Shutdowner.Shutdowner] Can't find NativeShutdownSupport library", we didn't find any answer from the web.

Hi,

PowerChute Business Edition is not support on CentOS. We currently support Redhat Enterprise and SuSE Enterprise. You should look at APCUPSD with CentOS. I have not personally tested CentOS with APCUPSD but from reviewing APCUPSD mail archive it appears that many other do use the app.
