Missing UPS Tab Web Admin

I have installed an AP9617 on a Powerstack 250 using the expansion chassis. The card is configured and I can communicate with it. It says the UPS is online, but the UP tab is missing in web admin. It just shows Home, Logs, and Administration. Anyone have any ideas?

a powerstack is not a supported UPS for use with a network management card unfortunately.
