Hi All. Today we have run into some issues with one of our Galaxy 5000 60kVa.
I will paste data log from SNMP card:
In the evening we got :
2014/08/25 12:29:45 Output on Bypass
2014/08/25 12:29:49 Output not protected
2014/08/25 12:29:50 UPS over temperature
In the morning technician have cleared alarms by pressing "delete alarm" on control panel.
Immediately we got new alarm:
2014/08/26 09:14:22 UPS return to normal temperature
2014/08/26 09:14:32 UPS battery charger is not active
We have decided to reboot UPS, but with no luck, charger still wont work.
We have switched UPS to inverter and disconnected mains - after that we got:
PFC thermal overload alarm and UPS shuts down.
After reconnection of mains we have same alarm - "Charger fault"
Can anybody can share some experience or make some suggestions about that what is wrong with this unit?

If anyone else wants to comment, please chime in.
As far as Schneider Electric support, we don't have expertise here on this UPS type unfortunately so the quickest feedback would be from your local support team. (Contact information here if you want to go that route if nobody else has any input - http://www.apc.com/support/contact/index.cfm)
