I have a smart ups srt 5000 model no. SRT5KXLI serial no as1644271520 lcd display show "communication error" and in the log it shows this "internal comm. Fault event code 154" i have not connected to any network.
Please if anyone can help

Hello,
To correct turn off UPS by pressing and holding the power on/off button, brain dead the unit, and restart.
To brain dead
1) Turn off and unplug UPS from wall
2) Disconnect Battery
3) You may hear an audible "click" from the UPS.
4) Reconnect battery, plug unit back in the wall, and turn UPS back on
If issue persist contact local support for assistance.

We have tried this. Not working.
Now its in the service centre.
