I realise I can use the web interface, but can I not manage it using Powerchute? If I try and add that IP as a device in Powerchute, it just says "failed to add device".
Thanks!

powerchute business edition and network management cards are completely separate devices. there is no way to monitor a network management card via the powerchute business edition console.

Thanks

how many do you have? generally you can just log into the web page when you need to or the device also supports SNMP. StruxureWare Central is the recommended product when you have multiple management cards which supports a lot of cool functionality and also works over SNMP.
