I am not sure I understand the question - could you clarify? Looking here -> http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SURTD5000xli I can see what receptacles the UPS has but I am not sure I understand the issue. It has IEC C19 receptacles which are used with IEC C20 plugs typically so you'd have a C19 to C20 port cord.
