Hello all,
We have a galaxy 3000 ups that after a restart return charger fault and the battery cb goes off after 5 to 10 seconds of the startup.
The batteries are fully charged, each one reads between 13.3 and 13.5, the whole group reads 320v.
Any idea I appreciate.

Luis,
I asked our Galaxy support team and they replied
Most likely he has an open battery or connection in his battery string.
They recommend you call into 3 phase Tech Support 1-401-789-5735 when prompted press 2 then 4 and then 4 again for 3 phase support.

You need to measure the voltage of each battery separately, necessarily with a small load of 2-5 watts
