Cannot log into PowerChute VM using VMware vSphere Client

I can log into the PowerChute VM using the GUI but I cannot log into it using vSphere Client. I am trying to be able to use SSH or WinSCP to be able to import CA Certificate. What login and password is used here as its not the same as the GUI.

The VM root password is set by the user when installing the VM. If the PowerChute version is 4.4.2 or 4.4.2 see Schneider Electric FAQ000244469
