Automatic Transfer Switch: Under voltage violation

This was originally posted on APC forums on 12/21/2011

We just recently started using the AP7723 ATS. Once connected to the network we started seeing "Automatic Transfer Switch: Under voltage violation" in the log. Can anyone point me what is wrong and how to remedy this?

Hi Ron,

Let us start by reviewing the event and data logs of the network management card that is installed on your ATS. Can you follow the kbase below and paste the event, config and data logs here.

[How can I download Event logs and Data logs and Config.ini from the Network Management Card?|http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9321/kw/nmc%20event%20logs]
