I have several APC UPS units that have had the front panel ripped off during a shipment. they are SU5000RMT5U units. Does anyone have a contact or a place where I can get replacement panels, cables, or front bezels??

Don't hold your breath. You might as well throw them out or "trade up" to new units. You won't find the parts anywhere.

Hey Rob I am also interested in some spare APC parts.  Just the cosmetic ones.  I have a SMT2200, SMT3000, and a SUA3000XL and all of them have some cosmetic damage.  I requested to add you as a friend so I can PM you.  Let me know.

I think your best bet is contacting technical support for the specifics. (Rob does not really deal with that stuff anymore).

They can at least get you part numbers. Or, we can do it here. Then, depending on what it is, we may or may not have it available. Another option will be CoastTec (our authorized UPS repair center) which sometimes has spare parts.

For front bezel replacements you can contact Coasttec.com at (410)-521-1000 ext 127.   They also do out of warranty/discontinued ups repairs on single phase APC UPS's.

I agree, I am looking for the power switch that clips on to the front cover, a very easy fix, the switch just pops out and just plugs back into the board, and do you think I could find or get one, they are in the practice of selling you a new one and that's it, it really doesn't sit well.
