We have a Symmetra LX 16000 (SYA8K16PXR), with nine SYTB5 batteries (each less than a year old) in the XR1 rack, and three 4kVA power modules, but have the following Power Draw status (see image below).
Would we get better Runtime if the load was better distributed across the Phase L1 and Phase L2 ?

I don't think you'll get better runtime but you'd be less likely to overload the UPS in the event of a Power Module Failure. General load balancing principles should apply here though - you want to have approximately equal load on phases throughout the facility.
