APC Rack AR3300 and SunFire E4900 Server

Currently we have a SunFire E4900 server housed within a Sun Rack but are investigating the possibility of housing it within a APC AR3300 rack.
Has anybody performed this before or anything like this with a SunFire E4900 server?
