AP4423 Firmware

Hi All, Just bought an AP4423 - New old stock so it's running firmware 4.1.9 - dated 16/03/17. Quite old in my eyes and I always like to upgrade firmware to latest possible releases on APC kit.

Trouble is, I can't find any firmware. If I go to the APC site and do a search, it returns the following https://www.apc.com/shop/uk/en/tools/software-firmware?Nr=OR%28sku.partNum%3ASFATS4G682%2Csku.partNu...

If I click on the Download link it says not found?

This appears to be for FW 6.8.2, but I have found the following pages - but on them there is no download links?

If I go to the actual product page (https://www.apc.com/uk/en/product/AP4423/rack-ats-230v-16a-c20-in-8-c13-1-c19-out/) and scroll down to the usual Firmware section - It only lists one, which is a security wizard.

Appreciate the AP4423 is EOL (it went EOL on 30th Dec 22), but I have plenty of older APC kit which is much older (like 5+ years) and still firmware is available to download.

Any ideas please?

Just a heads-up - the 4.1.9 number you're seeing is the firmware for the ATS, and the 6.x.x/7.x.x numbers we're seeing here are for the network interface. (they're separate components as the input switching time should never be beholden to how busy the network interface is).  So when you install 7.0.4 you should expect to see the ATS firmware go to .. I think 4.3.x, that's normal.  About->Network should show the same versions as you're seeing in these packages.
