Hi,
Basically, all charge lights were flashing (its been this way for a while), then recently the red battery light illuminated (no beeps).
I ordered new genuine APC batteries and replaced them as normal, however the lights are still flashing and the battery failure/replace light is still illuminated.
Any ideas? (Batteries have been in for nearly 24 hours).
Cheers,
Leon

Unfortuantly not, thats my main concern.
Currently we have the 'x' in red (battery failure/replacement light) and the % charged lights are all green (all full lit) and flashing together. The red light is solid.
So that to me means batteries are not working and you get less than 2 minutes if the power fails. However I don't understand why the battery light has not gone off after replacing the batteries... do I need to do a self test? I don't like messing with them as we have live servers connected.
Cheers,
Leon

You need to preform a self test then run time calibration

Thanks!
Will performing a self test cause problems to the power output? (live servers etc)
I don't think it will, but I would like to check.
Cheers,
Leon
