BACnet Communication Issue with Multiple 5500NAC

Hello everyone,

I have a project site with 1 unit of LSS5500NAC and 4 units of 5500NAC2, all on the same subnet. Their IP addresses and Device IDs are all different.

When I use YABE to scan, only the LSS5500NAC can be discovered.

I tried restarting the BACnet Server on one of the 5500NAC2 units. YABE can detect it for a moment, but when I click into it, the program freezes.

May I ask if this could be due to some configuration issue?

1. Firmware Versions – What firmware versions are currently running on all the 5500NAC  controllers as well as the LSS5500NAC involved?
2. IP Configuration – What is the IP subnet configuration for the devices?
3. YABE Behavior – When you say “YABE freezes,” do you mean the application itself becomes unresponsive, or is it a specific controller that stops responding?
4. BACnet Settings – Could you share the full BACnet configuration settings for the affected devices?
5. “Detect” Clarification – When you mention “Detect,” are you referring to YABE’s scan function? Does it initially detect devices and then stop? If so, does it always stop at the same point or device?

With this information, we’ll be in a much better position to help troubleshoot the issue.
