We have a customer that has an IT system, to which they will connect some drives, ranging from the ATV630U22N4 to the ATV630D30N4 and some of them are sitting at near to 120 meters (shielded cable).
If we remove the bolt/screw to deactivate the EMC filter, would this have a significant impact in the dv/dt sent to the motor. Would the limit be lowered from 150 meters? And in this, to which approximate distance?
We know dv/dt filter is always recommendable, but should it be compulsory in this situation?
Thanks in advance!
