I have an EER21000 box connected to a thermostat that controls a heating device. The box is not responding keeps on blinking green, I have no control over my heating. It keeps on heating away - my bedroom is pushing 25 Celsius and I am burning electricity like never.
The Wiser Smart app (which is absolutely awful) can’t connect to the box, keeps telling me it can’t connect. What can I do to get rid of it and get a new - more modern way of controlling the thermostat connected to my heating? How can I force the box to connect?
I have a done a factory reset multiple times.
The manual EER51000 controller that I have is completely frozen. Display is showing me a fixed temperature that does not correspond to anything, even with the batteries off (could that be burn in?)
Tbh I think I want to get rid of these devices and connect them with something new, now that i also have Alexa / G home devices at home.
