Being able to manage multiple hubs with the Wiser Home app

I have three hubs: two in my primary residence and one in my secondary residence.

So, three accounts with three email addresses.

Wiser Home propose notifications for some events, great!

I've configured notifications for :

  •   door openings
  •   energy consumption
  •   battery fault
  •   disconnected devices

in each hub, but I only receive these notifications from one hub (the one I'm currently logged into).

In my opinion Schneider Electric  is not meeting its advertised spécifications.

Please propose a solution to this problem.

Competitors like Delta Dore , Somfy offer this feature to their customers.

Hi  @lgo44 & @janim  ,

Thanks for your posts.

Currently, Wiser Home system doesn't support multi-hubs configuration, i have no date to communicate on the future release with that feature.

In our offer (Wiser by Schneider Electric), not available in all the countries, user can have access to different features from other installations if that user is invited to these systems.

BR

David

Old wiser(Tuya) contain these your needs and lot more. I just got max automation in 10 while Tuya system contain 52. Old system contain also two hubs and automations work using both devices.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
