Actionneur plancher + Hub 2nd gen - Souci en mode rafraichissement

Bonjour,

 

J'ai un actionneur de plancher eau CCTFR6600 qui pilote 6 vannes. Il est appairé avec un Hub 2nd Gen.

La PAC est pilotée par le contact du Hub.

 

Le mode chauffage fonctionne bien. Quand une vanne de l'actionneur est en demande, l'actionneur informe le Hub qui colle son contact pour que la PAC démarre.

 

En mode rafraichissement, l'actionneur pilote bien les vannes, et son voyant de circulateur est bien allumé mais le contact du Hub ne bouge pas.

 

Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée du souci ?

Bonjour,

 

Merci à GD du support Wiser pour avoir trouvé que le Hub 2nd Gen intégrant le relais ne gère que le chauffage mais n'est pas compatible avec le rafraichissement alors que le Hub 2nd Gen SANS relais l'est.

 

Test donc fait en remplaçant le Hub 2nd Gen avec relais par un Hub 2nd Gen SANS relais + un module relais concluant.

 

Espérant qu'une mise à jour soit faite sur le Hub 2nd Gen AVEC relais pour corriger cette incohérence.

J'ai été contacté hier par votre service client.

La personne est en train de chercher une solution de contournement car il apparaît que c'est bien un loupé dans la gamme Wiser.

On a le droit d'avoir l'actionneur déporté de la PAC pour faire du chaud (contact via Zigbee sur le hub) mais on n'a pas le droit pour faire du froid; il faut absolument câbler !

 

Espérant qu'il pourra proposer une solution de contournement satisfaisante mais surtout que SE puisse corriger ce loupé...

Bonjour,

 

Le lien a bien fonctionné pendant 2 mois mais cela n'est malheureusement plus le cas.

L'application et la centrale de plancher indiquent toutes les 2 qu'il y a bien une demande de rafraichissement :

mais le relais PAC n'est pas collé

J'ai rebooté la centrale plancher sans effet.
J'ai rebooté le module relais et ça s'est remis à fonctionner pendant ~2h avant de cesser de nouveau. Les nouveaux reboot n'y font rien.

Merci pour la mise à jour de votre post et désolé de lire que la solution proposée n'a fonctionné que sur cette période.

Je m'aperçois que votre passerelle / hub 07-32-CE n'est pas connectée depuis hier soir et qu'il n'est pas appairé à votre compte utilisateur.

Pouvez-vous reconnecter votre passerelle à votre box internet (et par conséquent au Cloud) et la lier à votre compte/email ?

Vous pouvez me répondre via un message privé ou recontacter notre service client une fois ces deux éléments "vérifiés et/ ou "corrigés".
