In this short video we will introduce you to the SCADAPack 470d and 474d RTUs, which combine EcoStruxure Automation Expert with the SCADAPack's rugged low-power hardware, to deliver software-defined automation for critical infrastructure in remote locations and harsh environments.

The SCADAPack 470d and 474d are a specialized type of RTU that includes, using EcoStruxure Automation Expert, a distributed programmable automation controller, or dPAC, which bridges the gap between traditional RTUs and Programmable Automation Controllers. With the SCADAPack 470d and 474d and EcoStruxure Automation Expert, you can accelerate solution development with an all-in-one environment featuring integrated logic, protocols, and soft HMI—all enhanced by extensive reusable automation libraries.
