Where to get PowerLogic P3 relays Firmware

I have P3 relays having firmware version V30.206. This version of firmware doesn't support pulse timer for Virtual Inputs. I am using Virtual Inputs for Single point command, but when I send Single point commands through this node, it get latched permanently. I need pulse type SPC nodes for send reset command to 86 relays. I need P3 relay latest firmware v30.208 or above which support pulse settings for virtual inputs. So please tell me how to download this firmware? Also tell me, is there any other logical nodes in relays for sending Single points commands from SCADA?

Hi,
I also need the latest firmware of P3 and P5, but as always website of SE isn't working and cannot see the contact information. There is quite few problems with software and firmware no easy way to contact technical support.
