You can try this link (Sharepoint, Schneider Electric):

On Ecoxpert forum: T300Generator_2.8.5

Hello,

this error seems to be associated to an Excel failure (for example after upgrade to Office 365).

A "Quick repair or "Online repair" of Office seems to fix the issue.
