Power Logic P3, to change the internal cards of the connected to serial to Ethernet protocol.

Dear community members,

  1. Could you please let me know if there is a possibility change on EU site the two Com cards of serial to an new Ethernet protocols?
  2. Is that operation could be completed easily in customer site ?
  3. Is there any flash software to the PowerLogic P3 ?

Thank you

Hi @FAJERI

Based on my understanding, the relays installed at the site are equipped only with serial ports and do not have any Ethernet interfaces. If you intend to replace the serial communication card with an Ethernet communication card, this cannot be done at the site level. In this case, a new relay with the required hardware configuration must be ordered.

I hope this clarifies your query. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Regards,

Ravi teja
