Dear all,
We are facing a problem, with a brand new P3T32 relay.
We set the CT ratio @2500/1 at the LV side (CT'), but when we inject 1A, with Omicron the relay measures 2000A instead of 2500A. The wiring is correct and idetntical to the HV side. HV side has a CT with ratio, 1600/1. The transformer is a 40MVA YND11, 21/11.5kV. The power flow is from the LV to the HV side (Gas turbine plant)
Please let us know if we can solve the issue, by updating the firmware of the relay...
Thanks

The HV connections and LV connections are not identical. Please refer the attachment and correct your wiring. If the issue still persists after the wiring correction, then please share the relay ordering code, wiring connection details and the relay configuration file
