P3F30 doesnt send LO signals through IEC61850

Hello,

We have a small project with 12 P3F30 relays. Lately we had testing IEC61850 signals with RTU. Everything went smoothly with 11 out of 12 relays. The last relay also had no problems with protection and DI IEC61850 signals, but we couldn't figure out why LO signals are not coming out of the relay. Of course we studied the configuration and tried to restart the relay but it didn't help. 

Is it a problem with software or there is a known fast fix?

Please raise BFO case along with all necessary attachments like backup file architecture, wireshark logs .

One issue could be related to EVENT enabling
In the relay setting file under the "Event" tab use " Event enabling -Logic"
select and check all the Logics that need to be monitored in 61850 both On-Event and Off-Event.
