Micom P122 relay - Hardware alarm Auxiliary power supply 1/1

Micom P122 relay is continuously displaying Hardware alarm Auxiliary power supply 1/1 and not getting reset.

Please suggest how to resolve the issue.

This alarm is caused by failure of a optocoupler in the power supply module. This is major alarm and results in blocking of protection and automation function. 

The device must be sent to the MiCOM repair center in your country/region for rectification. Please contact your local Schneider representative.
