Easergy P5 Virtual Injection doesn't work.

I tried to enable Easergy P5 Protection Relay Virtual Inhections in Esetup Pro, but it doesn't work.
May I know the cause and action?

Well, just to reply to this because i faced the same problem

- first, i tried from ethernet connection and in manual, it said "local connection is mandatory"
- then i tried to use from virtual machine and look like my company windows policy blocked it (compability problem with winpcap..

finally, i used a clear computer out of the company network and virtual injection worked...
