Quantum to X80 Modernization with Quantum Remote Drops

I am modernizing a Quantum PLC system that has remote drops. The plan is to remove the CPU from the Quantum rack and replace it with a CRA card. Then adding a new X80 rack with a M580 CPU. As part of this the plan is to use the conversion software on the current control export software. My question is for the PLC configuration the "Quantum" function block gives an error, would this need to just be replaced with a "Drop" function block? Since the rack that had the CPU will now be the first drop for the ethernet IO.

To clarify are you using Unity M580 Application Converter to generate the PLC logic for the M580?

The Quantum function block is specifically for the quantum PLCs as is the drop function.  In M580 the information is located in data structures created by Control Expert when the drops and the modules within the drops are created using DTMs.

The drop CRA for example has the following information.

Yes I am using the converter to generate PLC logic for the M580 from the old quantum code. I am keeping the original drops as quantum and converting the quantum Rack 1 that use to hold the CPU into a EIO bus. I was able to find the information I needed in EcoStruxure Control Expert Help>DROP Description>NOTE: In a M580 application with Quantum drops, SLOT input is let unconnected because the QUANTUM function blocks in not used."
