Hello, I'm Lorenzo, a maintenance technician at the Damm factory in El Prat. We have two LXM 62D axis controllers and PACDrive LMC600C installed. I need to be able to access the logs, so I've used the Diagnostic software, but although I can see the controllers, I'm unable to connect to the equipment. I am in the same IP range, and I can see the equipment on the initial screen, but I cannot connect to them. Thank you very much.
