Hello Kunal2,
Try to export your project (.ZEF format) and then open it and perform a rebuild all. Occasionally, silent errors are fixed that way.

I have the same exact error a month ago also in CE 16.2. I was able to get rid of it by uploading the application from controller.
That being said I have a case with Schneider support about this error and at this point it was escaladed to higher level of support (L3) and I am waiting what they are going to come up with.

Yes, you are right that sometimes exporting to ZEF and importing the project back would clear some errors. But in my case the error happened on a production system so your solution would mean that I have to shut down my process to do full program download to the controller. This is not an acceptable solution for me. I run all standby controllers at my facility as I can't afford and downtime during my processing period.
In fact couple years ago I was not able to build changes for 6 months on one of my controllers because of a bug I discovered in CE/firmware that generated similar error. This was very hard time and I don't want it to happen again. Fortunately this time I was lucky enough for the error to go away after uploading from the controller. But this situation too much remind me previous problems - and I guess it is similar for Schneider as they escalated it to higher support level.

Thank you all for your responses.
In our case, the same issue reappears even after uploading the project from the controller. We tried all available backup formats, including .ZEF, .STU, and .STA, but the error continued to occur during an offline full rebuild.
As a workaround, we reverted to an older backup in which the issue was not present. Fortunately, we had a backup from three days earlier. We cleared the program section in that backup and imported the program section from the latest backup that was generating the error. After doing so, the issue was resolved.
Since this is a running plant, we did not have sufficient time to perform detailed diagnostics. However, this approach eliminated the error.
One unusual observation in the error backup that the issue appears to be when rebuild offline. While online, we can perform build changes and download them to the controller without any problem. However, when we take the same backup and attempt a full rebuild in offline mode, the error reappears.

@Kunal2 I would definitely take this up to Schneider support. Especially that it seems that you can easily reproduce it. This may be another bug that they have in their software firmware. As I mentioned in my previous post I had similar issue in the past and it cripple my operation. Support investigating it would for sure help future releases.
