I don't think you need a certificate to prove a product is complying to a IEC standard since IEC does not certify. Manufacturers can just write that in the documentation. For example the M580 platform overview document states "Modicon M580 Controller is aligned with IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 1 (SL1)" and you might also be interested in reading this FAQ https://www.se.com/in/en/faqs/FAQ000237954/ which basically states you need the "gray" generation CPU (which have been manufactured for a few years now). Just make sure you don't find any old stock.

Just curious, with certification, do you mean a real certification that a third party control institute offer when they have examined the product to be compliant with the standard? Or just a paper from Schneider where they promise they are complying to the standard (similar to what the manual already say but in a more formal way)?

We do not have a specific TUV certification for the M580 in accordance with 62443-4-2. There is a certificate for a M580 solution 62443-3-3 involving ASP, Modicon switches etc.
Please refer to your local offer manager for more information.
