Anyone have experience to access SOE and timestamp from CRA/ERT via OPC UA protocol through our M580 with NUA module?

Hello keithkcchan
Here is part of the information needed in an AI Generated report which I have reviewed the document and performed the configuration in Control Expert and compiled successfully. It is untested with real hardware but provides a starting point.
Time stamping can only be provided for Digital IO. With Analogue IO and internal values these have to be provided by logic synchronized with the CPU scan time and not natively by the system. Separate variables will be required for value, time, and if needed quality. There may be a future plan to include analog time stamping in the future.
The attached document provides the background settings with the CPU you need to have to ensure the timestamping is configured.
You can then use a OPCUA client to access the NUA module in anonymous mode (without the exchange of certificates etc.) to test the ability to access the native tags (or nodes). Hopefully this will be a starting point for you.
If I can access the old tested validated and documented documents for timestamp access, I will share them in a future post.

Thanks for your reply, is there any sample to access the timestamp information via OPC-UA protocol, as encryption is required for any data access between SCADA & PLCs.
