What is the process for getting my DTM versions on Control Expert Classic modified to allow the project to be opened? Note I'm required to use version 15.2.

My problem was solved by installing hot fix HF003. As directed by Schneider Elec Tech Support.
Thanks.

Somebody must have opened that project in newer version of Control Expert and update the DTMs in the project. I am not aware of any possibility to downgrade DTMs in the project. If this project is running in a PLC, uploading from PLC may be your only option.

Very good point Ciupol.
Is it possible for the customer to update their version of ECE?
Was this version extracted from the PLC? If not try uploading the project from the PLC. If so does the customer have an older version of the project that has earlier versions of DTMs?

The DTM versions that a bundled with ESME (CPU/NOC) are tricky since I don't think there is any way to upgrade or downgrade them other than installing that specific ESME version. I think you have to export your code, create a new project and import them over there. The project might have been upgradeded with ESME 15.3 or 16 DTMs (libset might still be 15.2 or less so you have no trouble open this and you can probably do changes too but you can get problems with rebuild all or working in the DTM browser)
